Job Summary:

The Regional Manager, Airport Services oversees multiple station operations within an assigned region and ensures safe, reliable, and consistent execution of the JSX airport experience. This role provides leadership to station leaders, drives operational performance, supports crewmember development, and ensures compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and service expectations.

The Regional Manager partners cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, staffing readiness, and customer experience while preparing stations and leaders for future growth.

Responsibilities/Day in the Life Tasks:

Regional Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple assigned stations
  • Ensure stations are operationally prepared and adequately staffed
  • Monitor operational performance and support improvement plans
  • Provide guidance during irregular operations and operational disruptions
  • Maintain consistent execution of company procedures and service standards
  • Conduct station visits and operational reviews
  • Coordinate with OCC, Commercial, Training, and other departments to improve performance

Leadership & Development

  • Coach and develop Station Managers and Supervisors
  • Support leadership succession and internal promotion readiness
  • Provide performance feedback and support corrective action processes
  • Review station leadership concerns and assist with resolutions
  • Promote a positive and accountable team culture
  • Guide leaders in implementing company initiatives and operational changes

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (FAA, TSA, DOT)
  • Monitor safety practices and reinforce safety culture
  • Review station readiness, procedures, and documentation
  • Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective actions
  • Support safety reporting and risk mitigation processes

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Review and approve station expense reports
  • Monitor operational resource usage and ordering practices
  • Support staffing planning and coverage needs with scheduling and finance teams
  • Conduct operational needs assessments and provide recommendations
  • Maintain relationships with airport partners and vendors

Required:

Experience-

  • 3+ years leadership experience in aviation, airport, or operations environment
  • Multi-location or multi-team oversight experience
  • Experience supervising leaders or supervisors
  • Experience interacting directly with customers or operational partners
  • Airport or transportation operations experience

Licenses & Certifications-

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to complete company safety and security training

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to travel frequently between assigned stations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during station visits
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when supporting operations as needed

Must be a U.S. Citizen to perform security screening duties in accordance withapplicable federal regulations
