Are you a strategic operations leader with a passion for developing people, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer service? As a Regional Operations Manager at TCI, you'll oversee multiple transportation operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across your assigned region. You'll play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, improving profitability, and building a culture centered around Dedication, Positiveness, Innovation, Ethics, and Accountability.
• What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and develop Driver Managers, Dispatchers, Administrative teams, Drivers, and Dock personnel across multiple terminals.
  • Own the operational and financial performance (P&L) of your assigned region.
  • Drive key performance indicators including on-time delivery, scanning efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational productivity.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers through regular business reviews, dealership visits, and performance discussions.
  • Identify operational challenges, develop action plans, and improve underperforming locations.
  • Partner with Safety, Maintenance, HR, Recruiting, and Payroll to ensure operational excellence.
  • Reduce operating costs through effective labor management, fuel optimization, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, company safety policies, and maintenance standards.
  • Coach and mentor leadership teams through EOS L10 meetings, quarterly Rocks, and continuous development.
  • Promote effective utilization of McLeod, Samsara, Tenstreet, customer portals, and other operational technologies.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent that aligns with TCI's Core Values.
  • Travel throughout your assigned region (up to 50%) to support operations and customers.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple locations, departments, or operational teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management and budget oversight experience.
  • Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and transportation safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and transportation management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and respond to operational needs outside of normal business hours when necessary.
