Job description

As a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations for our drivers and Mobility Coordinator team for Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC. You’ll have leadership responsibilities such as managing key metrics for driver compliance such as attendance, safety scores, customer service, and adherence to company policies/procedures.

A Day in the Life:

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for assisting and leadership of the operation of their assigned Fleet Mobility location

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the office (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules, etc).
  • Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, vehicles are assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts. Monitor daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor, analyze and coach the Mobility Support Specialist and Drivers on key metrics such as attendance, company policies/procedures, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating the setup of training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals. Continuously evaluates staff performance and identifies development opportunities.
  • Coordination with our internal and external maintenance teams to ensure any vehicle issues are addressed appropriately
  • Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet
  • Communicate consistently and frequently with location manager
