POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful project completion.
  • Support operational programs by maintaining training materials, orientation resources, clinical competency documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights and support organizational decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback, resolving concerns, and partnering with site leadership to improve the patient experience.
  • Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination, project documentation, mobile device deployment, and operational support across multiple initiatives.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred with 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio with strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and supporting operational improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Reliable transportation required for job-related travel with the flexibility to support changing business needs and work schedules.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
