Requirements
Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the field of Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineer in good standing.

Preferred
  • Experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Specialized experience in the field of Engineering Systems.
  • Specialized certification in Engineering related systems. [ADA, LEED, etc.]

Summary
The Refrigeration Engineer is skilled and knowledgeable in the Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering field. The right candidate will be able to drive the performance and success of our Refrigeration staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of Junior Staff. The Refrigeration Engineer will be able to develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact, oversee and facilitate communication amongst internal and external Clients, and assist the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals. Specialized experience or certification of specialized systems is preferred.
