About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production within the manufacturing industry. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing systems, including CNC programming and machining operations, to support new product introductions and ongoing production demands. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop process layouts, improve injection molding techniques, and apply statistical process control methods to maintain product consistency and reduce variability. By leveraging technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills, the Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity while minimizing costs and waste. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
