Summary:
The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of all employment related preboarding activities (internal and external) and recruitment process design under the direction of the Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders. This position is also responsible for recruiting a portion of leadership positions for the organization. This position is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Employment Center and Pre-Employment Clinic staff to ensure the organization's compliance with state and federal employment regulations including Fair Credit Reporting Act practices and procedures. This position ensures that their areas of responsibly are providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers and serves as a valuable resource for team members seeking Human Resources guidance on employment related issues.
• Establish effective processes and will work from time to time to improve the systematic workflows of the pre-boarding process by being knowledgeable in all aspects of the recruitment cycle and the new hire pre-boarding process.
• Ensures that their areas of responsibility are providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition and other Ballad leaders to develop effective. recruitment strategies and reporting of metrics.
• Ensure processes are in place for obtaining accurate pre-boarding records for new hires.
• Responsible for the recruitment of employees to meet the staffing needs for a portion of positions. Activities will include sourcing applicants, performing screening interviews either by telephone or face-to-face, referring applicants to appropriate hiring managers, assisting hiring managers with scheduling interviews timely, follow-up on hiring decisions, coordinating new hires with the pre-employment/post hire physical screening, and assisting with the orientation of department new hires as required.
• Assist with organizing recruitment events and provides input in design of recruitment materials and brochures.
Excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong computer skills are required. This position requires the ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks/projects and to manage high levels of stress on occasion. The manager may be asked to complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelors' Degree is required in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field. Three to Five years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a complex organization is required.
