While both roles focus on hiring, a Recruitment Manager oversees the entire recruitment process and team, whereas a Recruiter handles the day-to-day candidate sourcing and screening. The manager sets strategies, while the recruiter executes them.

In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, with a strong focus on outbound sourcing and talent engagement. You'll help scale high-performing teams across sales, operations, and technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. This is a highly hands-on role where creativity, persistence, and relationship-building are critical to success. What You'll Do:This position will begin as a 6-month contract engagement and will be re-evaluated based on business and team needs. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent.

Compensation range: $90,000-$120,000 base with flexibility for the right candidate based on experience and expertise.
