This is a highly hands-on role where creativity, persistence, and relationship-building are critical to success. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy finding exceptional talent before anyone else does, we'd love to chat.

What You'll Do:
  • Outbound sourcing - Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
  • Full-cycle recruiting - Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closing
  • Sales hiring - Lead recruiting efforts for GTM functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership roles
  • Technical support - Assist with recruiting for engineering, product, and technical infrastructure roles as needed
  • Pipeline development - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Candidate experience - Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and thoughtful experience throughout the interview process
  • Stakeholder partnership - Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, interview processes, and talent strategy
  • Process improvement - Help refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and hiring workflows
  • Market intelligence - Stay informed on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes
  • Employer branding - Represent Breeze externally and help position the company as a top destination for talent
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with strong outbound sourcing capabilities
  • Experience hiring for sales and go-to-market roles is required
  • Ability to support technical recruiting efforts across engineering and product teams
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
  • Agency recruiting experience is a strong plus
  • Startup recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and moves with urgency
  • Must be located in the United States and able to work some evening hours to interview candidates in the Singapore timezone.
Our Culture:
  • Fast-paced and dynamic - We're a growing startup that moves quickly
  • Tech-driven - We leverage technology to address our users' biggest challenges
  • Ownership and communication - We value people who take full ownership and communicate well across teams
  • Continuous learning - You'll work alongside experienced operators and help shape the future of our team and culture
Why Join Us:
  • Competitive compensation + potential equity opportunity
  • 21 days PTO Prorated
  • Benefits: annual medical allowance, productivity budget, gym membership & wellness subsidy
  • Annual team retreat trip
  • Be part of a team backed by Sequoia Capital with a healthy runway
  • Opportunity to help build and shape recruiting at a high-growth fintech company
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
  • Proven success hiring sales and go-to-market talent
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
