About the Role:

We Care Senior Care is hiring Recruiter Associate to support caregiver recruiting, hiring, and retention for our growing senior care team.

This is a full-time, in-office, KPI-driven recruiting role. Success requires high-volume outbound calling, consistent follow-up, and accountability to recruiting and retention metrics. If you are motivated by goals, numbers, and measurable results,  and enjoy working with people,  this role may be a strong fit.

This is a staffing and recruiting position, not a general HR role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to applicants (phone-based recruiting / “smile and dial”)
  • Screen, interview, and hire caregivers efficiently
  • Track and meet recruiting KPIs (calls, interviews, hires)
  • Conduct performance conversations and retention follow-ups
  • Support caregiver engagement and reduce turnover
  • Respond to employment inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Schedule and conduct interviews (in-person and phone)
  • Complete background checks, drug screens, references, and onboarding steps
  • Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in the ATS
  • Conduct caregiver check-ins, annual reviews, and performance conversations
  • Address attendance, performance, and retention issues professionally
  • Partner with scheduling to improve utilization and caregiver retention
  • Meet expectations for staffing metrics (hiring volume, turnover, utilization)
  • Represent Home Instead in the Sheboygan community

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR support, sales, or call-center roles preferred
  • Comfortable with phone-heavy, outbound calling environments
  • Results-driven and accountable to metrics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle performance conversations with professionalism and respect
