Job description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. As a practice providing veterinary care for cats, dogs, equine, production livestock, and companion livestock, the hospital is seeking a small animal veterinarian to join their progressive, collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to become part of a well-supported mixed animal practice while focusing on small animal medicine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of small animal General Practice responsibilities, providing preventative, medical, and surgical care for cats and dogs. You will perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions, develop treatment plans, perform routine surgical procedures, and build lasting relationships with clients through clear communication and high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the wider veterinary team to maintain exceptional clinical standards while contributing to a positive and supportive hospital environment. Specific working hours will be discussed further. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of mixed animal General Practice services alongside Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and Advanced Reproduction Services. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, a complete In-House Laboratory, and Dental Radiology, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. Facilities include a dedicated surgical suite, overnight hospitalization capabilities, a climate-controlled equine division with stocks and treatment space, and livestock clinic facilities. In addition to its core veterinary services, the hospital also provides Laser Therapy, mixed animal boarding, and daycare. The hospital is open Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

You will be joining a team of 26 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives.
