Recruitment Analyst


Location: The Woodlands - Corporate Office

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Position Summary

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while continuously improving recruitment processes and contributing to overall business objectives. This role plays a key part in managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple locations and states. The Recruitment Analyst will work closely with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to identify, engage, and hire talent across various territories throughout the United States. This is a hands-on, mid-level individual contributor role that requires strong ownership, follow-up, business partnership, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-state distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on job boards and digital platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes in alignment with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Manage and maintain active job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, interview, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple cities and states, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates.
  • Administer candidate assessments, questionnaires, and other selection tools as needed.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, and manage offer acceptance and related documentation.
  • Coordinate background checks and drug screenings in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation logistics, system access, equipment setup, benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and new hire integration.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations and external recruitment sources to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting multi-site or multi-state operations.
  • Experience recruiting for distribution, logistics, warehouse, sales, operations, CPG, or other field-based roles preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong communication with hiring managers.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and partnering with department leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets, cities, or states preferred.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, digital recruitment strategies, onboarding best practices, and employment laws related to hiring.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with HR technology.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
