Job description

Babich & Associates is one of the most established recruiting firms in Texas, with roots in the Dallas market dating back to 1951.

We are entering a new growth phase and looking for serious, competitive placement managers who want to build a real recruiting desk inside a firm with history, client relationships, brand recognition, and long-term upside.

This is a production role. The right person is comfortable working the phones, developing client relationships, recruiting candidates, managing searches, and closing placements.

We are especially interested in people with a college degree and experience in recruiting, staffing, B2B sales, financial services, real estate, insurance, professional services, or other relationship-driven sales roles. Former athletes and competitive, entrepreneurial professionals tend to do well here.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with realistic first-year total compensation potential of $90,000-$100,000 for strong performers and meaningful upside as you build your desk.
