IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a Recruiter to help us fill both craft and leadership roles. Our well-established business continues to expand and we're looking for a relationship-builder with the ability to manage multiple priorities & projects with the support of management & HR. Base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation. Hybrid/remote role.
Job Summary
  • Performs all functions related to the recruiting process to fill mission critical and industrial electrical roles.
  • Learns and assures compliance with all company hiring policies and procedures.
  • Develops and implements open requisition and pipeline recruiting activities and reviews recommendations for new recruiting strategies with HR & management to ensure projects are staffed with qualified craft workers as needed.
  • Effectively utilizes ATS & online resources to post jobs externally.
  • Maintains timely and accurate Applicant Tracking System updates and candidate statuses in compliance with company policies.
  • Assists in communication of internal job postings and employee referral award programs.
  • Represent the organization in developing relationships with local organizations to further community involvement.
  • Completion of additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel as required (expected to be quarterly/as needed)

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience filling electrical mission critical data center roles
  • 2 years prior experience using ATS applicant tracking/recruiting software. (Experience with Icims a plus)
  • Proficiency computer systems, MS Office, internet job boards, knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and detailed organizational skills.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check; MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
