Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $62,353.20 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. 

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

  • Year 1: $67,000
  • Year 2: $98,000
  • Year 3: $122,000
