The Position:

The Recruiting Account Manager is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, relationship management, order fulfillment, and onsite client support. This role blends recruiting expertise with strong account management to deliver quality placements, exceptional service, and high client satisfaction. The Recruiting Account Manager manages candidate pipelines, fills orders efficiently, supports teammates onsite, and ensures accurate and timely communication across clients, candidates, and internal teams.

The Duties:

Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Bullhorn and other systems.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Assist walk-ins with applications and onboarding.
  • Execute daily outbound and inbound calls to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate orientations and ensure teammates understand job duties before starting.
  • Support job fairs, hiring events, and high-volume recruitment initiatives.

Client Relationship & Order Fulfillment

  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Conduct onsite check-ins, new-start escorts, and pre-employment tours.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Sales to align on open orders, forecasting, and placement strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and support quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate future staffing needs to recruitment and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client contacts; follow up for feedback.
  • Counsel onsite teammates on attendance, performance, and expectations.

Account Administration & Compliance

  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, assignments, payroll reconciliation, and related reporting.
  • Update Bullhorn records for client and employee files.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with screening and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate weekly payroll reports and update employee assignments.
  • Report workplace injuries promptly and support follow-through until return to work.
  • Serve as a Safety Ambassador for assigned clients, including participation in meetings and delivering ongoing training.
  • Ensure all responsibilities align with organizational standards and Code of Business Conduct.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain strong working relationships with all internal departments.
  • Assist Operations/Sales with client calls, relationship building, and understanding position requirements.
  • Travel to client sites, recruiting events, trainings, and meetings as needed.
  • Use independent judgment and discretion to support organizational goals.
