Job description

Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring an Office Administrator to join their team in Novato, California! This is onsite 5 days a week.


*This is a 3-month W2 contract! *


In this role, you will provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting the teams available to support them including Primary Services and Transaction Concierge.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment of agents, including identifying potential candidates, setting recruiting appointments, and coordinating office visits.
  • Lead new agent orientations and onboarding, including training on company tools, technology, processes, and resources.
  • Support agent coaching and business growth, including business plan development, goal setting, follow-up, and serving as an accountability partner.
  • Support marketing strategies and social media initiatives, serving as a liaison between agents and the marketing department.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of Office Administration experience
  • Prior experience to a customer facing role
