Job description

About the Role

We are seeking hands-on Field / Community Recruiters to support participant recruitment for a large-scale, high-volume research studies. This is an execution-focused role requiring both on-the-ground outreach and digital recruiting to help meet weekly participant targets.

You will play a key role in building and activating local pipelines through community engagement, outreach, and direct sourcing.

Hybrid role combining:

  • Onsite presence when needed
  • Field/community outreach
  • Remote coordination and sourcing
  • Flexible schedule, including availability during standard business hours



Engagement Type & Duration

This is a freelance (1099) contract position with an initial project duration of approximately 1-2 months, with the potential for additional project-based work till the end of the year


What You'll Do

Execute participant recruitment to meet daily targets.

  • Conduct field outreach across local communities, campuses, and public areas.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and local groups and networks.
  • Post and manage roles across digital channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
  • Maintain strong pipeline tracking and follow-ups.
  • Support day-to-day recruitment execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure a steady participant flow.
