Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of SightMD. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting for assigned vacancies.
  • Post approved vacancies on SightMD’s website, social and professional networking sites, and job boards.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and conduct telephone screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of related recruitment experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Professional certification, e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (Flexible work hours)
  • Hybrid 

Salary Range:

  • $31/hr to 36/hr to commensurate with experience
