About the Role:


Excalibur Healthcare is expanding its recruiting team to accelerate physician hiring and candidate pipeline development. You'll join our existing recruiter to be a collaborative team, working in parallel to manage our full recruitment lifecycle. You'll source, screen, and nurture qualified physicians while supporting our company growth targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our existing recruiter to source and screen radiologists using existing developed intake channels.
  • Own your share of the full recruitment lifecycle: relationship building, interviews, offer and contract stages, and onboarding support.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines with focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership and operations teams to align sourcing with staffing priorities.
  • Experiment with sourcing strategies and channels; sharing successes as a team effort.
  • Ensure strong candidate selection with the goal of successful onboarding.
  • Meet recruitment performance metrics while maintaining quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success recruiting physicians
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Eagerness to "work the phone".
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
