What is a records coordinator?

Records Coordinators are professionals responsible for organizing, maintaining, and securing a company’s physical and electronic records. They ensure that documents are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and comply with legal and organizational retention policies. Records Coordinators may also manage records destruction schedules, support audits, and help implement document management systems.
