Field Operations Assistant (Flex Schedule Available)


Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (All Gas is Paid For)

Location: Local travel throughout assigned market - Space Coast Market runs from Stuart, FL up to Merritt Island, FL

We're looking for a dependable, energetic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager and help ensure our dealership clients receive exceptional service every day.


No two days are the same. One day you may be covering a dealership route, the next you may be helping train a new employee, launching a new dealership, or assisting with quality control.


This position can be Flex or Full-Time, for the right person has the opportunity to grow into a salaried Full-Time position as the market grows.


What You'll Do

  • Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
  • Photograph dealership inventory
  • Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
  • Assist with new dealership launches
  • Help train new field team members
  • Perform quality control visits
  • Assist with increased workload during busy periods
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
  • Help keep our local market operating smoothly
