Accounting Associate
Pay: $23-$24/hour
Shift: To be discussed
Location: On-site (Wanatah, IN)
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Accounting Associate for our manufacturing industry client to start at $23-$24/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and journal entries
  • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Support external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience with inventory and cost accounting (preferred)
  • CPA or progress toward certification (plus)

Skills
  • QuickBooks proficiency and strong data entry skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
