Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P. looking for a Reconciliation Specialist for our EMCOR National Agreement Group. This position will reconcile national agreement incentive purchases for EMCOR, quarterly and/or yearly by communicating with EMCOR operating companies regarding vendor reports and/or invoices submitted and resolving any discrepancies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Reconcile national agreement incentive purchases for EMCOR quarterly and/or yearly
  • Work with EMCOR companies and national suppliers to resolve reporting discrepancies to finalize reconciliation and ensure correct incentive is collected
  • Revise and update quarterly National Purchasing input reports and inform EMCOR operating companies of new or cancelled agreements
  • Communicate with companies to understand and accurately submit quarterly required documentation
  • Prepare quarterly mailing to all EMCOR operating companies regarding new or cancelled agreements as well as any changes
  • Updating the Vendor database, summary sheets, and electronic binder relating to national agreements to include creating PDFs
  • Submitting updates to EMCOR Marketing for National Agreements SharePoint site to upload.
  • Create and maintain national agreement vendor files
  • Assist with breakdown of submitted quarterly documentation from EMCOR companies to prepare for reconciliation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Pro
  • Microsoft Access experience preferred
  • Attention to detail; Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter/motivated and a strong work ethic
  • Team Player
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
