Job Summary:


The Recognition Specialist is responsible for coordinating recognition functions for ASEA, providing excellent customer service to associates and internal teams, and taking clear ownership of recognition processes from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a high level of accountability, and the initiative to follow through on details without waiting to be prompted. Beyond completing weekly tasks, this person will approach recognition holistically, ensuring associates feel valued, appreciated, and consistently supported.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Weekly Reports: Own the weekly reporting process by running, reviewing, and analyzing reports to identify key achievements, trends, and recognition opportunities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Other Reports as Required: Generate, interpret, and follow through on additional reports that support recognition initiatives and help ensure no achievement is missed.
  • Web/Email Recognition Coordination: Manage the social recognition strategy and execution, assist with recognition emails, and ensure web recognition is accurate, timely, and aligned with ASEA's standards.
  • Weekly Rank Advancement Fulfillment: Take responsibility for sending recognition letters, certificates, and pins, processing returns, and confirming fulfillment is completed accurately and on time.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent, solutions-oriented customer service to associates and employees. Maintain the recognition email inbox with urgency, professionalism, and dependable follow-through.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure recognition is effective and timely.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively drive the weekly recognition process, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy, and keep recognition fresh, engaging, and meaningful.
  • Holistic Recognition Approach: Develop and implement strategies that create an environment where associates feel recognized, appreciated, and loved by ASEA.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation within the organization.
  • Event Preparation and Award Fulfillment: Assist with event recognition preparations and award fulfillment, taking personal ownership of assigned details, deadlines, and follow-through.

Skills Required:


  • 2+ years in Network Marketing, with a preference for recognition experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • General project management experience preferred.
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing work accurately the first time.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering dependable, high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to stay organized, follow through, and take initiative when priorities shift.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and mail merge functions).
  • Proficient with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
