Join our growing team at Body Moksha Physical Therapy in a dual-role that blends front desk operations with lead follow-up and CRM management.
We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented person who can handle phones, scheduling, and spreadsheets - all while keeping patient experience smooth and stress-free.
This role does not involve selling or closing. You'll be supporting our Sales team by keeping leads organized, followed up, and moving smoothly through the process.

You like to stay organized and in control of your day. You're good with people, but you're also the type who double-checks dates, updates logs, and notices when things fall through the cracks.
You're also:
• Comfortable on the phone and with scheduling software
• Tech Savvy - familiar with spreadsheets, CRMs, or electronic medical records

• 1+ year of admin, front desk, or healthcare office experience

• Comfortable making follow-up calls and confirming appointments

  • Follow up on incomplete intake forms
  • Greet, check in, and assist patients at the front desk
  • Answer phones and schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments
  • Track patient sessions/packages and log data into our EHR (Jane App)
  • Print weekly schedules and prep materials for workshops
  • Restock supplies weekly and help manage inventory
  • Support the Owner and Ops Manager with general administrative tasks
📈 Sales Support (Lead Follow-Up + CRM Accuracy)
  • Call patients to confirm scheduled evaluations
  • Help rebook cancelled appointments when needed
  • Enter all new leads into the lead tracking system with complete and accurate information
  • Keep the CRM organized so leads move into the correct email/text sequences
  • Flag leads that need Sales team follow-up and close the loop once evals are booked
Schedule:
  • Monday: 11am-7:15pm
  • Tuesday: 10am-5:45pm
  • Wednesday: 11am-7:15pm
  • Thursday: 10am-5:45pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm
