We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Activities Assistant/Receptionist
Activities Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities include:
  • Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
  • Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
  • Occasionally assist the Business Office Director covering the reception desk as needed
  • Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, and family members, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office.
  • Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.

Activity Assistant/Receptionist Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience required in Senior Assisted Living
