We're expanding our Live TV engineering team to build the next generation of television experiences that combine traditional broadcasting and streaming technology. Our team builds and owns critical components that power live television viewing across all Fire TV devices.

As a Software Development Engineer on the core experiences team, you will
- Design and implement products that enable video service partners (Prime Video Channels, IMDb TV, Twitch, etc) to surface & promote content as part of the 'Live TV' integrated experience.
- Investigate, prototype, and deliver new and innovative software applications.
- Deliver high quality software through working in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment.
Additionally, You will drive key engineering and business decisions that impact Amazon's long-term vision, which includes rapid innovation in building better voice interfaces to the media and entertainment content that Fire TV customers love. We leverage technology in client-app frameworks, big data, machine learning, optimization techniques and high availability services
