Receptionist (FT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge HOA (Redmond, WA)
Our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community is seeking a full-time receptionist. This is an on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
We are offering $26-$28/Hourly DOE.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum 1-2 years of admin and/or reception experience required.
  • Strong administrative support skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling various interruptions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen focus on resident experience.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Job Duties:
  • Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly.
  • Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners, board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine request, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment.
