A part-time receptionist is an administrative professional who works fewer hours than a full-time employee, typically handling front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing basic clerical tasks. Their schedule may vary, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends, depending on the employer's needs. Part-time receptionists are commonly found in offices, medical clinics, hotels, and other businesses that require front desk support but do not need a full-time staff member.

These skills are crucial for creating a positive first impression, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting both staff and visitors efficiently.
