Salary range (but not limited to):

43,600 - 53,200

Incentive plan

Annual bonus: 5% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We're looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! This is a Full Time Permanant position.
What you'll do here:

  • Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
  • Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
  • Maintain and update telephone lists.
  • Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
  • Manage scanning for electronic mail.
  • Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What you bring to the table:

  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Willing to obtain the General Insurance License within six (6) months of hire
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office
  • Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
