About the Organization

The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in North Central Illinois, specializing in harm reduction, overdose prevention, peer support, education, and advocacy for those impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. Founded and led by an individual with lived experience, the organization is dedicated to reducing stigma and empowering individuals through compassion, kindness, and non‑judgmental support. Their services, offered through a walk-in center, mobile outreach, and peer-led support groups, are free and open to all, meeting people where they are to promote autonomy, healing, and multiple pathways to recovery.


The Opportunity

The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is seeking an Office Manager to be the frontline face and logistical hub of the organization’s operations. This person will manage the reception area, warmly welcome visitors and volunteers, field calls and texts, and provide essential administrative support ensuring that communications, documents, schedules, and data flows support the delivery of organizational operations and programming. With a mix of front-desk duties, team coordination, data management, general operational oversight, and program support, this role helps elevate the Foundation’s day-to-day functioning and public image.


Location, Compensation and Benefits

The Office Manager will be based in La Salle, IL. The role requires regular in-person engagement at the Perfectly Flawed Foundation, which is located at 240 First Street LaSalle, IL. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, with an anticipated salary range of $38,000–$48,000, along with a full benefits package.
