In this stationary role, you will help to deter incidents through visibility, professionalism, and attention to detail while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.25 / Hour

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 06:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor and contractor check-in information, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Answer phones, assist tenants and guests with directions and general information, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and daily front desk activity in required logs and reports.
  • Support access control processes for a commercial real estate location, including credential review, visitor registration, key and/or package handling, and coordination with authorized staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
