The Greater Schools Network is Ohio’s first non religious private PreK-8 grade school system exclusively for students from under-resourced backgrounds. We provide our students scholarships to attend one of the best schools in the nation. We’re hiring an office assistant for our Dayton, Ohio location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the principal, office manager, and administrative staff.
  • Warm, smiling, and customer service oriented front office receptionist.
  • Reception, organize digital and physical files, assist with admissions, enrollment, invoice entry, and assist with managing the student information system.
  • Compose and send school communications.
  • Highly preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English)


Compensation:

  • Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, + occasional weekend events
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and basic life insurance, Paid Time Off + Holidays, 401K with company contributions, and dependent care flex spending.
