Job description

Dinsmore is seekingย an Office Services Clerk at our Day, OH location. The ideal candidate will receive on-the-job training to work in a busy document production office handling, but not limited to, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and audio video equipment.ย 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with CD burning, copying, scanning, and faxing or e-faxing
  • Assist with collection, sorting and delivery of daily mail, overnight packages, faxes, and other items, as needed
  • Assist with conference room set-ups, including audio visual, refreshments and clean up
  • Assist with office inventory and supplies
  • Assist with reception desk coverage
  • Assist with kitchen care, including loading/unloading dishwasher, keeping counters and cabinets clean and stocked, etc.
  • Performs general office duties

Requirements

  • Exhibit excellent customer service
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, including time management
  • Possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize is a must
  • Punctuality and dependability is a must
  • Candidates must exhibit professionalism
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred
