ROLE
Responsible for maintaining the reception and retail areas of the Spa while providing a positive and friendly attitude. Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and check-in and out of appointments while partaking in genuine interactions that provide the highest level of guest service.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a polished and professional image at all times
  • Provide courteous guest service to all guests.
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist visiting guests and answer phones promptly, giving accurate information
  • Check spa voicemail messages and emails and respond promptly
  • Must be multi-task oriented
  • Must be able to work well with others and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Must communicate any appointment cancellations, changes, effectively, to the team to provide seamless experience for guests.
  • Must be able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
  • Schedules appointments accurately
  • Must be able to handle the computer system and all cash handling procedures accurately
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple guests at one time
  • Knowledge of all spa menu, treatments, and retail items
  • Must maintain cleanliness of reception and guest areas
  • Stock brochures at reception desk
  • Restock retail items
  • Must be able to contact other departments for assistance when needed
  • Receive customer' complaints and feedback and direct them to management
  • in order to improve on service delivery
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Participate and attend in all training classes and staff meetings
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/QUAUFICATIONS
  • One year of spa reception experience
  • One year of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
