Job description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sourcer to join a fast-paced recruiting team on a temporary/contract basis in NYC. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to grow a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources while gaining hands-on experience in a high-volume hiring environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with candidates, and excited to work in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Location: New York City (Hybrid Schedule)

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for a variety of open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process
  • Track candidate activity and updates within the ATS and internal systems
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to support active searches
  • Assist with recruiting projects and administrative support as needed
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Recent college graduate preferred (within the past 2–3 years)
  • Prior internship or professional experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing
  • High-volume sourcing or staffing agency experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office preferred
