  • Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to drive searches from kickoff through offer acceptance
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and the overall interview process
  • Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and interview debriefs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights and recruiting updates to hiring managers throughout the search process
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to recruiting within technology, SaaS, or other high-growth industries is a plus
  • Experience supporting multiple functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, or HR is beneficial

Benefits
