This role is intentionally designed for someone at the beginning of their recruiting career. We're seeking either a recent college graduate or someone with 0โ€“2 years of agency recruiting experience who is eager to learn, coachable, and looking to build a long-term career in executive search.



About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading investment firm focused on high-growth technology companies, is looking to add a Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team. This role supports hiring initiatives across a portfolio of innovative software businesses and offers exposure to executive leadership, hiring managers, and investment professionals.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to develop into a strategic talent advisor while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level through leadership positions across multiple business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to drive searches from kickoff through offer acceptance
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and the overall interview process
  • Conduct candidate screenings, reference checks, and interview debriefs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights and recruiting updates to hiring managers throughout the search process
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and applicant tracking system records
  • Collaborate with internal teams on recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and employer branding efforts


Qualifications

  • 0โ€“3 years of recruiting experience in an agency environment
  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Bachelor's degree required


Preferred Background

  • Agency recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Exposure to recruiting within technology, SaaS, or other high-growth industries is a plus
  • Experience supporting multiple functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, or HR is beneficial
