Real Estate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Location: In Office – Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (Target Earnings $100,000+ annually)

We're looking for a relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter to help grow our brokerage by recruiting experienced, producing real estate agents who are ready to take their business to the next level.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of two years of recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls and developing new business relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Recruit experienced, licensed real estate agents from other brokerages.
• Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through networking, referrals, phone outreach, and follow-up.
• Meet with prospective agents to understand their business goals and present the value of joining United Real Estate Gallery.
• Guide agents through the recruiting and onboarding process.
• Partner with brokerage leadership to achieve recruiting goals.
• Track recruiting activity and onboarding progress.
