Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications

You're a newly licensed agent (within your first year) ready to go full time and treat real estate as a career, not a side hustle. You're intrinsically motivated, competitive, and coachable. You build rapport easily, listen well, and naturally find solutions for people. You're not afraid of prospecting and lead generation - in fact, that's where you want to spend your energy.
