Job description

Summary
Build Your Real Estate Career Across The North Shore and Greater New Orleans!
You already understand the real estate industry. You may work in mortgage lending, title, insurance, property management, leasing, construction, new home sales, or another part of the housing business.
Whether you are already licensed and ready for stronger support, or preparing to turn your industry experience into a new career, Dominion Group can help you build across the North Shore and Greater New Orleans.
You will learn directly from Louis Williams, a nationally recognized prospector and closer with more than 20 years of experience. His coaching helps agents create opportunities, improve follow-up, handle objections, and turn more conversations into appointments and closings.
Nicole brings a highly organized approach to buyer representation. She teaches agents how to stay several steps ahead while still adjusting quickly to each client, property, and transaction.
Once a client signs an agreement, our full operations team handles much of the paperwork, listing support, transaction coordination, and process management that follows. Our Brivity based systems and PLACE resources also help you manage leads, automate follow-up, and grow with greater consistency.
You bring your knowledge of the industry, your relationships, and your understanding of the local market. We provide the coaching, systems, technology, and support to help you turn that experience into a stronger real estate business.
Commission-based position with annual earning potential of $75,000-$125,000 for committed professionals.
