Job description

Summary
Your Real Estate Career May Be Missing Something
You may already understand real estate, serve clients well, and work hard every day. What may be missing is the structure, support, and opportunity to build something of your own.
Dominion Group of Keller Williams Realty Services, powered by PLACE, is looking for experienced agents and real estate adjacent professionals who are ready to grow across the North Shore and Greater New Orleans.
You will receive hands-on coaching from Louis Williams, a nationally recognized prospector and closer with more than 20 years of experience. He helps agents improve the conversations, habits, and follow-up that lead to appointments and closings.
Nicole brings structure and strategy to the buyer side of the business. She teaches agents how to stay ahead of the process, adjust quickly to each client, and provide the kind of service that creates trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Behind you is a full operations and administrative team. Once a client signs, the team handles much of the paperwork, transaction coordination, listing support, and process management that follows.
Our Brivity based systems, PLACE technology, and experienced operations leaders help you use leads more effectively, automate key parts of your business, and regain time that would otherwise be spent managing every detail alone.
You already have valuable experience. The right coaching and support can help you turn it into a real estate business with greater income potential, ownership, and long-term growth.
This is a commission-based role with an earning potential of $75K-$125K annually for dedicated professionals.

  • Leverage technology platforms and team systems to track progress, report results, and maintain accountability.

Qualifications
You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and a passion for prospecting. Building rapport, listening carefully, and identifying solutions come naturally to you.
