Job description

We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Work the pipeline daily: Speed-to-lead, call/text/email follow-up, and smart nurturing in our CRM.
  • Show and advise: Schedule and conduct showings; educate buyers on neighborhoods, comps, financing options, and offer strategy.
  • Convert at events: Host two Saturday open houses per month; circle prospect before/after to drive traffic and appointments.
  • Write and win offers: Craft competitive offers, manage negotiations, and guide buyers from accepted offer through inspections to close.
  • Market yourself & your book: Prospect your SOI, past leads, and local spheres to create new demand.
  • Be accountable: Hit weekly conversations, appointments set, contracts written, and goals. Track everything.

Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Relentless follow-up habit and comfort with daily outbound calling/texting.
  • Evenings & weekends availability (that’s when buyers shop).
  • Coachability: You implement scripts, objection handling, and weekly training.
  • Professional presence: Clear communication, punctuality, and client advocacy.
  • Licensed in Indiana and Michigan (or in process) and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: 1+ year in residential sales or a demonstrable record of success in quota-carrying roles (real estate, automotive, SaaS, door-to-door, etc.).
