SVN | Northern Commercial is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join our Indianapolis team as Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Whether you are an experienced commercial real estate professional or considering a career change, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with the resources of a national platform and the support of a collaborative local team.

As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants throughout Indianapolis and surrounding markets. Youโ€™ll develop relationships, identify opportunities, advise clients, negotiate transactions, and build a business of your own with the support of experienced brokers.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties
  • Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
  • Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
  • Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close
  • Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business
What Weโ€™re Looking For
