Job description

This role aligns under Life & Health Operations to optimize Swiss Re client relationships and industry experience to deliver "best in class" client and stakeholder support which differentiates Swiss Re within the reinsurance industry.
About the Role
As part of the Life & Health client support team, you will utilize your communication, analytical, and project management skills to provide exceptional support for reinsurance administration and reporting. Our team emphasizes problem-solving initiative, teamwork, and collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
This position is responsible for spearheading the relationship and communication between ceding company reinsurance administration teams and internal Swiss Re stakeholders to provide support in treaty administration, reporting, and data or financial adjustments.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Understanding treaty configurations and calculations.
  • Identify issues and propose effective solutions for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within Operations to develop and enact project plans.
  • Clearly and concisely work with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Understand Swiss Re strategy and work to deliver appropriate level of service for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build expertise with clients, process, and industry best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office three days per week. This role is not eligible for either relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $132,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
