Job description

The Revenue Cycle Management Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting laboratory revenue cycle operations and system workflows within XIFIN. Leads onboarding and ongoing education for new and existing staff by translating complex billing, claims, and accounts receivable processes into clear, actionable training materials, and facilitates All Hands meetings by developing agendas, presenting key updates, and ensuring consistent communication across teams. Serves as a subject matter resource for XIFIN functionality, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and reinforcing best practices in daily operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare industry (preferably in a laboratory setting), with strong proficiency in XIFIN or similar RCM systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for revenue cycle staff, including onboarding, upskilling, and continuous education initiatives.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance in all aspects of revenue cycle processes and training documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to design and maintain structured training materials, workflows, and both electronic and system-based documentation.
  • Hiring salary range: $78,811 to $85,000. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
