A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

As a Customer Service Representative, you are essential to our electrical services as a client-facing employee! You warmly greet all customers, both by phone and in-person as well as stay in touch with them throughout the project process so they are always well-informed and up-to-date.
