  • Build and strengthen relationships and networks with dermatologists, infusion centers, and allied HCPs through tailored pre-call planning, high-value discussions, timely follow-up, and consistent trust-building.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address territory and regional business needs, and support speaker programs, budget management, and development of thought leaders and advocates.
  • Utilize VEEVA and BI tools to plan activity and maintain accurate records; complete all administrative tasks, training requirements, and compliance obligations on time.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical, technical, and payer-landscape expertise to support solutions-based customer interactions and respond to requests for advanced scientific or reimbursement information.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, contribute to peer development, manage personal development plans, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience with a minimum of 3 years rare disease specialty care experience required, OR 8 years successful pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong understanding of the complex specialty care selling model including a typical rare disease patient and prescription journey.
  • Experience in rare or ultra-rare orphan drug launches, specialty pharmacy distribution, buy and bill, infusion therapy and medically complex dermatology strongly preferred.
