  • 25 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred, bringing confidence and expertise to every conversation.
  • Comfortable operating essential office toolsincluding telephone systems, 10-key, and personal computers.

  • Hunt down top driving talent using ATS's proven processesbringing in rock-star truck drivers who raise the bar.
  • Reach out fast! Connect with qualified applicants within 24 hours to keep the excitement (and momentum) rolling.
  • Become a program expert, walking drivers through our different driving opportunities to find their perfect ATS fit.
  • Team up with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators to get driver candidates pre-approved and ready for orientation day.
  • Make great hiring calls and get drivers scheduled for orientation like a pro.
  • Champion the sign-on experience, tracking applications, keeping candidates engaged, and celebrating those "You're approved!" moments.
  • Coordinate orientation with precision, placing drivers in the right divisions and wrapping up all pre-orientation tasks on time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $58,000 to 74,000 + which includes a base salary range starting at $40,000 - $50,000 + plus position-specificincentive.Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
  • Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package. Employees will have the opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k retirement savings plan effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
