Job description

Who We Are
New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is one of South Florida's leading medical aesthetics practices, with a growing network of locations across Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Port St. Lucie, and Wellington. As a true one-stop shop spanning injectables, lasers, body contouring, wellness, and plastic surgery, our team members work across a wide range of services and specialties - building broad expertise alongside colleagues who collaborate, support one another, and share a commitment to our patients. As part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), we offer the stability and resources of a national platform while staying rooted in the close-knit, team-first culture that defines each of our locations.
Why Join Us
At New Radiance, you'll be part of a growing network of locations with real opportunities to learn, grow, and move within the practice. You'll work alongside a collaborative team, in an environment where colleagues support one another and share knowledge across one of the industry's most comprehensive treatment menus. Backed by AMP's national platform, you'll have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional advancement as New Radiance continues to grow. If you're looking for a team-oriented workplace with room to build a lasting career, you'll find it here.
  • Join a leading multi-location practice. Be part of one of South Florida's premier medical aesthetics groups, with four thriving locations across Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Port St. Lucie, and Wellington.
  • Work across a comprehensive range of services. Build your expertise across injectables, lasers, body contouring, wellness, and plastic surgery - all under one roof.
  • Grow your career with real support. Access ongoing training, mentorship, and a national platform of industry leaders through our partnership with AMP.
  • Be part of a results-driven, patient-first team. Collaborate with colleagues who take pride in delivering outcomes and a five-star patient experience.
  • Build a career that grows with you. We invest in our people, offering real opportunities for advancement as New Radiance and AMP continue to grow.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible with certification in progress) Plastic Surgeon who combines exceptional technical skill with genuine warmth and patient-first communication. The ideal candidate is:
  • A confident, precise surgeon with a strong aesthetic eye and consistently excellent outcomes
  • Passionate about patient education - you take the time to make sure patients understand their options, risks, and realistic expectations before they ever get to the OR
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of clinical autonomy while adhering to rigorous, standardized safety protocols
  • A natural collaborator who works well with NPs, PAs, RNs, aestheticians, and front-office teams as part of one patient experience
  • Business-minded enough to help grow a thriving practice, without ever compromising clinical judgment for volume
  • Someone who wants to build a long-term practice and brand presence, not just fill an OR schedule

Responsibilities
Clinical Care
  • Perform consultations, evaluate candidacy, and develop individualized surgical plans for plastic and/or reconstructive procedures (e.g., breast augmentation/reduction/lift, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, as applicable to scope)
  • Perform surgical procedures
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, including medical history review, risk stratification, and informed consent discussions
  • Provide comprehensive post-operative care, complication management, and follow-up through full recovery
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant medical documentation for all patient encounters

Patient Experience
  • Deliver consultations that prioritize education, transparency, and realistic outcome-setting
  • Build long-term patient relationships that drive trust, referrals, and repeat care
  • Partner with the marketing and patient coordination teams on before/after documentation, testimonials, and educational content (with proper consent)

Compliance & Safety
  • Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and continuing medical education
  • Adhere to OSHA, infection control, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Participate in credentialing, peer review, and any required audits or accreditation processes
  • Report and manage adverse events, complications, and near-misses per protocol

Requirements
Education & Training
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency in Plastic Surgery (or General Surgery + accredited Plastic Surgery residency, per ABPS pathway)
  • Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., plastic/cosmetic surgery, craniofacial, hand, microsurgery) preferred but not required

Licensure & Certification
  • Current, unrestricted medical license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date
  • Board certification (or active board-eligible status pursuing certification) by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS); ABFPRS certification considered for facial-focused roles
  • Current, unrestricted DEA registration
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Eligible for hospital and/or surgical facility privileges
