Responsibilities:
  • Complete cost analysis of all product lines.
  • Complete quoting process with part description, part cost, tools needed, cost of tools and lead-time.
  • Ensure feasibility, costing, issue resolution, and contingency planning is accomplished prior to quotation.
  • Ensure quote turn-around time is in line with company metrics.
  • Organize and submit pricing proposals to Customer Service, Sales or directly to customers.
  • Follow up on quotations to determine win/loss reasons.
  • Prepare reports to update Management on the status of quotes and new business.
  • Act as a functional liaison between Business Development, Customer Service and Engineering
  • Participate in cross-functional team activities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED
